US-Chicago - Functional HRMS/Payroll Consultants

AST is a Naperville IL based IT consulting organization that is continuing
to grow with offices and staff in several major US cities. Our primary focus
is in the area of Oracle Applications (ERP, CRM and Web Applications).

To support this growth, we are actively recruiting for experienced
Functional Consultants and one area where we have a particular need is for
experienced Functional Consultants who specialize in Oracle's HRMS and
Payroll modules.

Our current staffing model is to hire full-time salaried staff. Relocation
to Chicago is not required but the ability to travel on a weekly basis in
support of assigned project is a requirement. As needed, we also actively
support H-1 visa transfers and processing our candidates for Green Card
authorization.

· Reviewing and preparing Functional Design Document
· Reviewing and preparing Technical Design Document
· Preparing Business Requirement Document (BR030)
· Preparing Configuration Document (BR100)
· Test Case Datasheets preparation and Execution
· Configuring Oracle Applications HRMS
· Understanding the Requirements and Business Functionality

enhancements
· Design and Development of application.
· Project Management & Onsite/Offshore Co-Ordination.
· Coordinating with other team members regarding progress/status of th
work.

Project:
This project carried out end-to-end implementation of HRMS modules fo
USG. This project encompasses Refinement of business requirements an
HR processes of USG. Carrying out the Implementation of the followin
