Exists and installed in multiple commercial sites including multiple RAC
clusters in the US, at least one RAC cluster of which I am aware in
Germany, and we are in the process of installing 2 x 10 node clusters
and one 2 node cluster in Japan beginning this week.

For more information:
http://www.psoug.org/rac_on_mac.html
and the links at the bottom of the page.

But you do need OS X Server 10.3.6 through 10.3.9 ... work on 10.4.2
is in progress and I expect certification this year: Perhaps soon.

The price of OS X Server, with support, is substantially less than the
corresponding cost of RedHat AS ... by a factor of 700%. If you would
like a trial license for OS X Server contact me off-line and I will
see what I can do for you.
