No disrespect intended to the poster (and hopefully follow-on posts will
show due respect), but I'm just wondering what the general concensus is of
whether the experience described here would typically be considered
'Senior'. How would you classify it?

5 years overall experience
3 years SQL, PL/SQL etc.
1-3 PL/SQL tuning
Optional OCP

I guess the question is rather in the eye's of the "interviewer" -- I
would tend to classify that skillset as Senior if the candidate
demonstrated Senior levels of understanding and experience -- I think
the trend in determining seniority by "duration" to be flawed in many
cases.
