Depends on what the DBA is expected to do? Strictly backup and recovery?

It depends on what you are doing.(what kind of work you are offering to
clients).

Sometimes, for "emergency recovery" you could charge more money.

And also sometimes, some famous oracle dba (I know) charge a lot of
money
per hour.

It is not senior or not senior, it is how much a person know.
