What Is Going On With OraSearch.Com WebSite???

Is anyone else here wondering about OraSearch.com? I just renewed my
employer subscription last week but I continue to get daily emails
from them saying I haven't renewed and am about to be cut off.
However, they have already processed my AMEX charge so I know they
received my payment.

The email bounces for them and the webmail feature seems to work but
no one has responded to my multiple requests.

I think they are UK based. Does anyone have alternate email or
contact information for them?

If they're not providing an adequate level of service, perhaps you dump
them should try someone else, like monster.com. BTW I wouldn't recommend
theladders.com to anyone. The TV spots are amusing but their job search
ignores your parameters. When I signed up I specified I was only
interested in jobs in the Phila area and not interested in relocating.
Every week though I get emails for jobs in CA, AK, FL, etc. And them
came the emails trying to sell me other services offered by the site.
I've unsubscribed but they continue to send them.
